About Calendars by Readdle
Calendars is Readdle's calendar app for iPhone and iPad, from the company behind Spark mail and Documents. It shows events, tasks and to-do lists in one clean view, lets you create events by typing naturally, and syncs with Google Calendar, iCloud and other calendars connected to iOS, including Apple's Calendar and Reminders. It offers day, week and month views, colour coding, widgets, Siri integration and collaboration on events at no cost. The app is free to download and use for the core calendar, and an optional subscription adds premium features such as advanced AI assistance, unlimited habit tracking and extra customisation. Readdle says tens of millions of people use it. It is designed for Apple's mobile devices, and there is no Android or Windows app. It is a good step up from the built-in calendar for iPhone users who don't want to pay for Fantastical.
Best for: iPhone users who want a free calendar with tasks and natural-language input.
