About Embrace
Embrace is an observability platform focused on the user's side of an app: crashes, errors, slow screens, network failures and full session timelines on mobile and the web. Developers add an SDK to Android, iOS, React Native, Flutter, Unity or web projects, and Embrace records each user session so a team can replay what happened before a crash or freeze and see how many users a problem affects. It is built on OpenTelemetry, so data can be forwarded to backend observability tools and its SDKs are open source. Pricing is based on sessions: a free tier covers small apps and test builds, a Pro plan is charged per thousand sessions with a monthly minimum, and Enterprise is quoted. Embrace was acquired by Palo Alto Networks in 2026 and is being folded into its Cortex product line, so long-term branding and packaging may change. It suits mobile-first teams that have outgrown basic crash reporters and want performance and session context.
Best for: Mobile teams that need crash reporting plus full user-session context.
