About Mouseflow
Mouseflow is a Copenhagen-based behaviour analytics tool for websites. It records visitor sessions and generates click, scroll, attention and movement heatmaps, plus conversion funnels, form analytics that show which fields people abandon, and friction scores that point to frustrating pages. It also includes on-site feedback surveys. The audience is marketers, ecommerce managers and conversion-optimisation agencies rather than product engineers, and it integrates with common ecommerce, A/B testing and analytics tools. There is a free plan for very low traffic, then Starter, Growth, Business and Pro tiers priced by monthly recordings, with a money-back guarantee and a free trial on paid plans. It is cheaper than enterprise suites and independent, which some people prefer after Hotjar's merger, but it does not do product event analytics, feature flags or native mobile apps. It runs in the browser on any website via a script.
Best for: Marketers and CRO agencies optimising website conversions.
