About Stonly
Stonly is a knowledge platform for customer support teams. Instead of long help articles, you build interactive guides that branch based on the reader's answers, which works well for troubleshooting and for walking support agents through complicated processes. Those guides feed a public knowledge base, an embeddable help widget, in-product checklists and tours, and AI answers that draw on your own content in places like Slack, Teams or WhatsApp. Integrations with Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce and ServiceNow put the right guide next to the ticket an agent is working on. It suits support and customer success teams that deal with complex, multi-step issues. A small business plan covers one knowledge base and a few team members, and enterprise plans add help desk integrations, AI agents, automations and SSO. Prices aren't listed publicly; after a 14-day trial, accounts fall back to a limited free Basic plan.
Best for: Support teams handling complex troubleshooting who want branching guides instead of static articles.
