About ChatBot
ChatBot (chatbot.com) is a hosted AI chatbot builder for websites and messaging channels, made by the company behind LiveChat, which now brands its suite as Text. You train an AI agent on help articles, URLs, internal documents and PDFs, set its tone, and let it answer customers, with a human able to take over the chat. Plans also bundle live chat, a shared inbox, ticketing, workflows and reply suggestions for human agents, so it works as a small help desk as well as a bot. It replies in 48 languages and connects to Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Shopify, WordPress, Slack and other tools. Pricing is per user per month with a cap on AI resolutions in each plan, plus paid packs for extra resolutions; there is a 14-day free trial but no free plan. It suits small and mid-sized online businesses that want a support bot without hiring developers.
Best for: Small and mid-sized online shops that want an AI support bot plus live chat without coding..
