About EspoCRM

EspoCRM is an open-source CRM written in PHP that focuses on being lightweight, fast and easy to customise. It covers accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, cases, email, calendar and reports, and an entity manager lets admins add fields, relationships and whole new entities through the interface without code. Paid extensions add advanced workflows, sales packs and integrations. You can download it and host it yourself under the AGPL licence at no cost, or use the hosted cloud plans, which are priced per user per month with a minimum number of users and a 30-day trial. Compared with SuiteCRM it is simpler to install and feels more modern, but it has a smaller ecosystem, and some popular features such as advanced workflows are sold as extensions. It runs in the browser, on your own server or in EspoCRM's cloud, with a responsive interface for phones. It suits small and mid-sized organisations that want a self-hosted CRM they can tailor without much development.
