About Zoho CRM
Zoho CRM covers leads, contacts, deals, forecasting, workflow automation, territory management and analytics, with an AI assistant called Zia that predicts deal outcomes and helps draft emails. It competes with Salesforce on depth but costs much less per user, and it can be customised with custom modules, layouts, Blueprint process rules and Deluge scripts. A big draw is the rest of the Zoho ecosystem: Books, Desk, Campaigns, Analytics and dozens of other apps connect to it natively, and Zoho One bundles them all. The downsides are an interface that can feel cluttered, a learning curve for its many settings, and support quality that users report as uneven. There is a free edition for up to three users, then several paid editions billed per user per month, each with a free trial. It runs in the browser with iOS and Android apps. It suits small and mid-sized businesses that want enterprise-style features without enterprise prices.
