About Zoho Campaigns

Zoho Campaigns is the email marketing app in Zoho's suite. It covers drag-and-drop and HTML email design, templates, list management and segmentation, workflows for automated sequences, sign-up forms, A/B testing, social sharing and reporting, plus generative AI help for writing. Its main draw is integration: contacts, leads and campaign results sync with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books and other Zoho apps, and it also connects to Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify and Zapier. A forever-free plan covers a few thousand contacts and a monthly email allowance with several users; paid Standard and Professional plans are priced by contacts or by email credits, with a trial to start. It is cheaper than Mailchimp at most sizes. The interface is busy, the editor is less smooth than MailerLite, and outside the Zoho ecosystem there is less reason to choose it. Teams already on Zoho CRM get the most out of it.
