About Attio

Attio is a newer CRM that behaves more like a configurable database than a fixed sales app. It syncs your email and calendar, enriches companies and people automatically, and lets you create custom objects and lists for whatever you track, whether that is deals, investors, hiring candidates or partners. On top of that it adds workflows, sequences, call recording and AI research agents, plus an API and app ecosystem. It is popular with startups and venture-backed companies that dislike rigid CRMs and want something that looks and feels modern. The trade-off is that you have to design the structure yourself, it has fewer ready-made integrations than older CRMs, and advanced reporting and permissions sit on the higher plans. There is a free plan for up to three seats, then Plus and Pro plans billed per user per month, and custom Enterprise pricing. It runs in the browser with iOS and Android apps. It suits startups and small teams that want to shape the CRM to their own process.
