About Frappe CRM

Frappe CRM is an open-source CRM from Frappe, the company behind ERPNext and the Frappe Framework. It focuses on the core sales workflow, leads, deals, contacts, organisations, notes, tasks, call logs and email, with a clean, modern interface that feels closer to new hosted CRMs than to traditional open-source ones. It integrates with ERPNext for teams that want quotes and invoicing, and with WhatsApp and telephony services through add-ons. Because it is AGPL-licensed and built on the Frappe Framework, you can self-host it with Frappe's installation tooling or run it on Frappe Cloud, where hosting is priced per site or server rather than per user.
