About Krayin CRM

Krayin CRM is an open-source CRM from Webkul, the team behind the Bagisto ecommerce platform. It is built on the Laravel PHP framework with a Vue.js interface and covers leads, contacts, organisations, a kanban pipeline, activities, quotes, products, email and web forms. The MIT licence is unusually permissive for a CRM, so companies can modify and embed it with few restrictions, and Laravel developers will find the codebase familiar to extend. Webkul sells paid extensions, such as WhatsApp, VoIP and AI add-ons, as well as hosting and custom development. It is a smaller project than SuiteCRM or Odoo, so the community, documentation and third-party integrations are thinner, and self-hosting means handling your own server, upgrades and backups. The core is free to download and run; a managed hosting option is offered for a flat monthly price with unlimited users. It runs in the browser on your own PHP server. It suits small businesses and agencies with Laravel skills who want a CRM they can freely adapt.

Best for: Laravel developers and agencies who want a permissively licensed CRM to customise.
