About Odoo CRM
Odoo CRM is one app in Odoo's large suite of business software, which also covers sales, invoicing, accounting, inventory, projects, helpdesk and more. On its own it offers a kanban pipeline, lead scoring and assignment, activities, email integration and reporting, and its real strength shows when you add other Odoo apps: quotes, invoices and stock all share the same database. Odoo comes as an open-source Community edition you can self-host, and a paid Enterprise edition available on Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or your own servers. A single Odoo app is free on Odoo Online with unlimited users; using several apps moves you to per-user pricing. The suite's breadth is also its weakness for teams that only want a CRM: configuration options are many, implementation partners are often needed for larger rollouts, and some features are Enterprise-only. It runs in the browser with iOS and Android apps, or self-hosted on Linux. It suits small and mid-sized companies that want CRM tied to sales, invoicing and operations.
